Do you offer any warranties on your products
All products include a 90-day warranty unless otherwise noted on your invoice. Warranties cover hardware defects only — software, batteries, user error, and physical damage are not covered. After the 14-day exchange period, we reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. Products with manufacturer warranties are subject to that manufacturer's terms and must be serviced directly through them.
We take great care with your device, however Openbox is not responsible for data loss during service. We strongly recommend backing up all important files before dropping off your device. If you need help with this, we offer a professional data backup service — our technicians can securely back up all your files, photos, and documents before your repair begins. Just ask us in-store or mention it when booking your appointment.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied
We offer a 14-day exchange only — no refunds. Exchange value can be applied toward any product, service, or in-store credit. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Restocking fees may apply if packaging is incomplete. Software, services, parts, and special orders are excluded from exchange.
